An EPC Illustrates the Energy Efficiency & Environmental Impact of a Property

An EPC is a certificate illustrating the energy efficiency and environmental (CO2) impact of a property.

A valid EPC can only be produced by individuals who have received the appropriate training, and are approved by the Scottish Government. You can view a sample of an Energy Report including EPC here.

The average property in the UK falls within bands D-E for both Energy Efficiency and Environmental (CO2) Impact.
